The stomach can hold up to 3 litres (approx.), maybe a bit less, before it starts coming back up again, yeah?
So unless you get 4 of these and drink them within a very short time of each other, this isn't an impossible drink.

I guess I could just get the above cold, but I like my coffee hot.
