Teeheee, love that short!
"They took my FACE!!"

Ahh, it warms my heart to see a forum of gamers come together and agree on something unanimously, even if it's coming together to hate on terrible manufactured pop stars. <3

Nintendo doesn't need free advertising anymore.

Least of all from being associated with that.
As if Nintendo wasn't shit enough, too. Then again, it seems they have SOME semblance of dignity, at the very least.

Also, this is 3 days ahead of my birthday. What.

Hasn't Bieber only been popular for a couple of years at most? WTH? Michael Jackson had to wait until he was DEAD before he got a full length movie all about him and it wasn't even in 3D! (At least I think that's right. Never followed him much.)
Actually Michael Jackson first movie was an anthology film released in 1988 called Moonwalker.
And its a lot better than what Justin will ever acomplish.

Really? Aside from Smooth Criminal I found it very dull.
Oh and I?m wrong about Moonwalker being Jackson?s first film. He also played the scarecrow in the 1976 movie adaptation of the Broadway show the Wiz.
He did i never knew about that but yeah smooth criminal was an epic part of the movie and who else to live on in his image but Hazama

Heres my big roundup of Justin Bieber and haters.

WHAT-EVER

Justin or anything he's been involved with haven't affected me in ANY way, now you all lay off it.
Let nature work itself out, if you think about it his faith is sealed.

Want proof?
Heres your proof.

Who the hell are The Jonas Brothers?
They still have a show on disney. Sadly we can apply your logic to my sister.

2 Years ago *Never missed a Jonas brother liveshow on disney*

Today *Said the name sounded familliar but couldnt quite put a finger on it*

Yea she listens to Justin.

This. I started reading the post thinking 'What the hell do Auntie Beeb have to do with Bieber?'

Does this mean that Doctor Who is owned by Bieber fans? Please god no.

First the Fred movie and now this.

What is with extremely bad movies being made of people who are terrible at what they do in the first place?

It's okay Nintendo, I hate "the Beeb" too. Maybe you could make a game that has Mario stomp on Bieber's giant ego...?

I wouldn't take anyone who types like that seriously. Maybe Nintendo values correct use of the English language? Seriously dude you're a director representing your film... please don't type like a 12 year-old girl.

Yeah, that confused me too when I read it. I take solace in the fact that the BBC will be around way longer than Mr. Helmet Hair.

Yeah, cuz "The Social Network" means that anyone who's a grade higher then being nothing needs a movie, now?

Being associated with that would only damage Nintendo.

Besides, it's MARIO. I don't think they need advertising anymore.

-_- Little girls and their silly fads... I remember in the early 90's and the Backstreet Boys and N'Sync were the big faves for those impressionable youngsters. Justin Bieber is another fad, something that will come, everyone will know his name for a little while. There will be people who love, adore and worship the ground he walks on. Then there will be those who will despise and hate him above anything else.

Eventually, he'll fade into obscurity and we'll barely remember him. He'll be another sad and miserable soul whose all washed up and a shadow of his former self. Really, it will be funny when the time comes when someone more cuter and younger than him shows up to steal his spotlight. I wonder how many years it will be (I'm personally guessing that it will be around next year or the year after that people will get tired of him).

I'm glad that Nintendo has some respect for their franchise.

I have a new respect for Nintendo now...true the fact that Nintendo has got to the financial stage where the decision to rebuild their world headquarters entirely out of Papier-mâché'd money would be equivalent to the rest of us deciding to spend extra on a large popcorn at any given movie theatre may have had something to do with it but still I'm glad

Is that really the movie poster? Desaturated and Grey? Is he trying to be "dark"? I always though he had more of a Disney channel mystique. It looks silly like he trying to say "ah come on guys, I'm serious, really, take me serious!" and pout. Hum. Also, worst use of 3-D ever I mean this is dumber then advertising the news in HD.

As for Nintendo. I doubt if Bieber fans really overlap with Nintendo fans that much so I can see why there not interested. Also, I think that since we're talking about Japan here the pop influence from Bieber is probably minimal there, making it look unprofitable.

I'm confused. Isn't Justin Bieber a singer? Can't they use HIS music in the advertisement, it being his film and all? [Though it'll be sure to frighten anyone with ear drums and/or sense].

Hmmmmmmm.... Suppose they used it as a bargaining tool... "You may use the Mario theme, but in return, we get to use Bieber as a character in an upcoming title, in ANY manner we so choose."
