I was never turned on to the game because of a "Gritty Mickey", I just wanted to see a new vision of what has become a familiar and worn-out concept. Having to take away some elements due to cost, or your target audience is understandable. However, neither of there arguments apply to Epic Mickey. They are backed by Disney, and their target audience is the hardcore gamer.TsunamiWombat said:I don't think any of us wanted a GRITTY Mickey, that would just be silly. We just wanted an interesting/awesome Mickey. Take Kingdom Hearts Mickey, for example. The dude's fucking Yoda in those games.
It's a sad state of affairs.
