I think one of the vehicles was called the Weenie Whacker, a giant hotdog. Other vehicles included an armoured school bus that fired halos.

This was on the PS1
Twisted Metal?
Unfortunately no, turns out though it was based on it. Found out it was

The game gave you the option to be a male or female character in the beginning and you would play that character throughout the game, there wasn't any switching around, i believe each had a different plot and abilities but the stories interacted with each other? The females abilities focused around 2 ring shaped weapons ,that looked a lot like the rings you collect in sonic, she carried those around and the male had the ability to transform I believe it was 3d not 2d and the character art was anime ish and they were young I think the girl had blonde hair and pigtails I believe it might've been for playstation I dont believe it was a side scrolling game
Threads of fate seems to fit that description heres a link

In looking for your game (I could tell from description but could not remember name) I found mine

Ok so I played this game a long time ago

Here is what I remember

PS1

the story was about an evil blob thing that was going to destroy this big tower (babel maybe?), you play as a knight (warrior w/e) who finds this small purple dragon(?) that can defeat the blob, so you have to escort it to the tower before the blob breaks it.

It was a turn based RPG, as you progressed through the game you could make the dragon like or dislike you which would result in it randomly helping you in combat, another feature in the game were wind up toys that you could find and employ in combat

I also for some bizarre reason remember that the main healing items were hamburgers and cheeseburgers, which leads me to think that it was a port from Japan

Good luck
Guardian's crusade was the answer

I have been looking for one game for years now.
I was very young when I played it.

Playstation 1
You start as a character that lives in a town where everyone can use magic except you.
A blacksmith makes you a sword that is very very heavy and you use it becuase of the lack of magic-using.
I remember it being a weird art style, very colorful, and the characters, at least out of combat were chibi anime style.

If anyone knows this please don't hesitate to tell me

EDIT: I forgot to mention. It's definitely a JRPG and it may have been a demo.

Hello Everyone,

Could someone please help me remember the name of this game. I will give you all the details that I can remember.

I believe it was on GAMES Platinum it was on a cd of shareware games; it was a BOARD GAME with RED AND GREEN boxes. You took turns, and clicked on one and made it leap to another square, or you clicked on an open / empty square on the board, and it made a new Red or Green box...

Any ideas? thank you for your time.

Hi!
Please oh please tell me you know this game, i have been trying for weeks to remember its name.
It is a car racing game (like NFS), i think it launched near the 2000's... something like 1997-2001, i don't remember.
The thing about this game is...... it was a combat car game, you had weapons like: oil that made other cars slip, mines that made other cars blow up or deviate their course, or some kind of nitro.
I know it is not Revolt, nor Carmageddon. I have played these 2 and i know 100% that this game is neither one of them.
Please tell me the name of this game, it was one of the best games of my childhood :)
Potentially either Demolition Racer or one of the Destruction Derby games?
nope, it was something simple, with modern cars, no visual damage, i think it might be an indie game. i remember that i used to buy a lot of "dirty little helper" magazines, it might be from one of their CDs...

That sounds like a pc version of the board game Othello/Reversi.

Hi everybody :)

Could anyone please help me with remembering this game from my childhood?
This is what I remember:

I played this game on SNES and it was a game that went left to right like Sunsetriders and Contra. I played this game at my friends place and the game had a 2 player campain. It was in space and you were a Robot and you had a gun (i believe) and shoot the enemies. The enemies came from both left and right side, so i remember clearly that you could turn left and shoot. Since it was in space you could also hover back and forth and up and down. I think the robots had similar animation like gundam (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Great_Battle_IV) but im not sure.

I know its pretty vauge but if someone could help it would be much appreciated.

Thank you for your time and effort :)

Two games I'd like help with. One I barely remember, so bad that part of me thinks it was a game on a cassette (was there ever such a thing in the UK?), anyway, in this game you were on a horse and cart (the sheet/cover thing on the cart was white) in a desert and people on horseback (and maybe other means as well) were chasing you, it was a side scroller with really basic graphics, there may have been other stages but I can't remember. I'd assume it was a definite NES era game, if not earlier?

The second is weird. There's a game called Another World (also known as Out of this World and Outer World), I can remember this game looking like that, but I watched a Let's Play of Another World and it wasn't the same. This game was almost an rpg, you had to find weapons and escape from either the people or creatures there, really struggling to remember this one, for that reason I'm thinking it was a NES, SNES or Megadrive game.

Wish I could be more detailed but I really don't remember anything else about these games besides from this stuff, it may be that I've mixed memories of games up in my head and they are simply different games, if anyone can help/tries to help thank you in advance :)

Hey guys, would really appreciate some help finding the name of this game I've been thinking of for years!!!

Its a 2D side scroller game from the 90s. I remember you could go an alien race/tribe which would float around and discover new areas from a sort of portal system. You could collect these relics/artifacts/orb things and build certain types of buildings. You could create a warrior class by sending your worker aliens in to the warrior building and could also fight other tribes of floaty aliens!

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!!

The game I want to find the title for is a DS game, that I played about 6 years ago. The main character had weird white hat, and it was a turn based battle game. And among the partners you have, I remember a giant brown robot with red eyes. Anyone know it?

I'm hoping someone here can help me figure out the name of a game I played on PC in the 90's. I think it was an RTS set in medieval times. In the intro, I think the king was going to die and those who would be his successors were fighting over the crown. I think the crown (or whatever it was) was split into different gems or crystals and hidden throughout the realm. You began with a plot of land, had to build up your city and soldiers and send scouts to locate these pieces and transport them, via a wagon, back to your province. I think that once you obtained them all, you won. The only other thing I can remember, because it sounded so funny, was that if you clicked on the blacksmith, and he was already building a wagon, you would hear it say, "Ah'm buildin' a wagon!"

Ok i think this was for ps2 but you were this guy who is possessed by a demon who murders a guy in the bathroom At a restaurant .then you hide the evidence. But then you switch to being a detective with a chick partner and try to find the evidence in the bathroom. I remember being mini games like playing with a yo-yo to help the person think. Also the possessed guy meets a priest at a parkand kills him or somthing. Good luck

There was this this game for the mac (early 90's) where you would click on various parts of these wild paintings of really skinny people with large eyes. The artwork was of a famous artist I have no idea who and each scene would lead you to another painting once you had clicked on all the secret points. I thought it was called "Alice" but was Japanese so maybe no one here has heard of it or ever played it. Thanks anyway.

That sounds like Lords of the Realm up until the whole part about the Crystal. Heirs to the Throne or Kingdoms at War maybe?

I need a little help. It's an old space shooting game. You can navigate your spaceship right/left and up/down. You are constantly moving upward and shoot enemies. I remember that you have red weapon at the beginning and you can also pick up upgrades that change your shooting style and color. There are red, green, blue, and maybe yellow. And if you pick up upgrade with the same color, you gain extra guns on both of your sides, and you can upgrade color many times. There is a boss from time to time. I remember few details, one of them are some glass bulbs which crack when you shoot at them, and release many white bullets which you must avoid. I think it's name begins with 'v', but I'm not sure. Thanks.
