Damn, looks like I'll need to be more careful. Also, why bother making something like this? Porn really isn't that bad, in fact, IT'S NATURAL!

If you know somebody that is willing to pay $98.95 to buy this device and then secretly stick it into your computer, I think their are bigger issues in your life than them finding your porn.
Yeah, I'm going to have to go with you on that one. Pretty much the only use I can think up for this thing is if you had an overly curious spouse who wanted to make sure that you weren't using any... disturbing forms of porn for your own entertainment.

I have found the algorithm the stick (chuckle... stick) uses to find your pr0n:
It searches your C:/ drive for files named 'porn'.

Protect your porn: Name every file in your computer 'porn'.

Or you could directly save it on a separate flash drive or external hard drive.

I have solved yet another pornography problem. No need to thank me.

I could use this to find some amazing pictures I accidentally deleted and could no longer find on the internet.

This thing will definitely not work, its just using the "shame card" to get people to buy it.

I wonder who invented this? Does said person live in an abandoned castle with lightning bolts striking it?

Good thing I keep an Emergency Boot and Nuke USB drive nearby.

Anyone else think this thing will send Mac sales through the roof?
Actually I'm seeing greater use of Linux here, partly because my friends (well-founded, as he demonstrated) open source fanboyism rubbed off on me.

Of course, I'm curious as to how this finds porn. It can't just have a list of files it identifies as porn, as there is no way said list could cover the smallest fraction of porn on teh interwebz.

I remember my dad talking about a 'porn detection' software the university programmers worked up to try and catch the students out, but they had to take it down because that '1%' totalled a significant amount of false hits. It caught girls in short skirts, hots pants, cargo tops, guys with only vests and shorts on. Instances when on social networking sites someone had worn a vaguely skin coloured top...

It was basically an unmitigated disaster, that they had to take down within 12 hours of it going live, because it blew so hard.

Not that I would have to worry about this anyways, but if I did it would make me glad that I don't have a traditional fetish. =P

Funny how like everyone my age (20) would be worried about something like this but I have nothing to fear because I regard porn as disgusting and repulsive.

Solution:
* Put porn in password protected archive
* Buy a PS/2 keyboard and mouse
* Disable and/or block up all USB ports on the PC

Such a device would also be extremely useful for recovering and organising all your lost porn. A force for good.

Of course just put your porn on a flash drive and then you dont need to worry about it.
