Appearance: An ugly brute. Long version: Jerald is about five foot six, but what he lacks in height he makes up for in muscle and sinew. His body is covered in scars, burns, bruises, and his fingers are crooked due to repeated breakings. Most of his wounds heal up (read powers), but some serious wounds stay for a while: currently, he's got a rather nasty Glasgow Grin scar across both cheeks, as well as a chemical burn covering his left arm, which he covers with athletic tape. His head is messily shaved, revealing a crooked scar across his scalp from when an axe was lodged there for the better part of an afternoon (but let's not dwell on nasty breakups.) Generally, he wears grungy clothing in muted colors; however, he also carries a few rubber masks of varied patterns in his rain jacket, which he wears at all times in case things get messy - and they do, given his propensity towards violence.

Personality: Fittingly, for a man of his appearance, Jerald is a surly man with a tendency to solve problems with his fists or a nearby blunt object rather than his words. He subscribes to the school of tranquil fury - he is curt, to-the-point, and rarely raises his voice, but when he's mad, it's clear. That's not to say he's angry; he just prefers to make points bluntly. He does have a good side; he tries his hardest to look out for the weak and try to refrain from killing people who don't deserve it. With the abilities he has, however, it is hard for him not to get carried away in a violent frenzy.

Powers and Capabilities: Jerald possesses two simple abilities: Extreme pain tolerance and regeneration. The pain tolerance is necessary to remain conscious for his regeneration, as the pain of fixing a limb from the ground-up is severe, to put it bluntly. He is capable of regenerating most wounds dealt to him: he can fix broken bones, seal up lacerations, turn scar tissue back to functional flesh, and even re-grow limbs if there's time. He also is capable of extreme endurance, thanks to the regeneration ability. His muscles don't break down with the same amount of wear a normal man needs. On the more sinister side, his abilities cause a severe chemical imbalance in his brain, resulting in a penchant for violence and low patience.

Background: Jerald lived pampered childhood, and he hated it from the start. Things being figuratively spoon-fed to him made him feel angry and defiant. He acted out often, but his sheltered parents assumed it was "a phase" and didn't take him too seriously. He frequently got in fights in school and on the street, and healed up quickly, earning him a reputation. He ended up being expelled from high school, and he underwent a change - he became less sullen and much more interested in furthering his life. He tried his hardest to work and get back into school - that is, until The Incident.

After The Incident, Jerald was shipped off to the Facility. He immediately returned to his anger and self-loathing, trying and failing to drown his problems with drugs and alcohol. He ended up working as a hitman. Over time, he learned to play the PRACC and remain undercover, taking out scum and villainy, or whoever he was paid to kill. He took to wearing masks to protect his identity and became familiar with the facility's sewers and maintenance tunnels to sneak around undetected. Eventually, he went into of semi-retirement, and resigned to a life of mundanity and sitting around at the bar, interspersed by a hit here or there.

Goals and Affiliation: Lately, Jerald has been feeling emptiness. No real goals. No real affiliation. He works odd jobs around town, but never really does anything with his life, which has been eating away at him a bit.

Too dark? Or is outlaw-dom okay for this scenario? I was kinda picturing The Facility as a walled-off, grungy city, sorta like Hengsha from Deus Ex: Human Revolution or any generic cyberpunk dystopia, and I thought this might fit.

Appearance: 6'1, brown hair, brown eyes, always wheres a dark brown suit. He has a mustache, wrinkles expected of a man his age. His upper arms and his back have several tattoos, but Sergery regrets getting them (they scream "criminal" to anyone who sees them) and avoids showing them to anyone. He was going to get them removed but was thrown in the PRACC before the surgery was going to happen.

Personality: Puts up a front of friendliness and politeness. Sergery is very good at making a person feel liked. In reality, he is cold, uncaring and sees people as a means to an end. Puppets to control, using his voice, his power, and his mind as the strings. Sergery is man of stablility, avoiding direct confrontation, and making sure all results end in Sergery's favor.

Powers and Capabilities: The event only Sergery gave two powers. One is next to useless, two of his teeth can be extended into sharp points. Biting a person in combat leaves the rest of the body exposed, and his teeth just make it harder to bite things as his jaw does not extend either. The second power is extremely powerful, "Suggestion". Not outright mind control, Sergery can greatly influence people's emotions, perceptions, and opinions when they around him. It can change memories. It amplifies his natural ability to manipulate, making people that utterly hated Sergery a minute ago reconsider their anger, do things against their better judgement, and play right into Sergery's hand. The longer a person is within Sergery's immediate vincinity, the more powerful the control becomes. It isn't perfect, one essentially has to be in the same room for it to have a direct effect (although any changed emotions or opinions remain if they leave this range), speaking to Sergery via electronic means have no effects, and exposers lasting only a few seconds will have little to no effect. None of these abilities are combat related, so if attacked the only weapons Sergery has besides his influencing powers or voice is a Russian combat knife and normal human fists, although Sergery is trying to get his hands on a firearm at any turn.

Background and History: A rising star within the most powerful gang of the Russian Mafia even before the event, after becoming a Changes he rose to the top and started to combine various Bratvas into a cohesive force. The Mafia became much more civil, with Sergery cutting down on street violence and civilians killed, all to secure power (if the police ever jailed or killed Sergery, the power vacuum would lead to utter chaos). The one thing Sergery did not predict was the PRACC finding out he was a Changed, Sergery thought he was going to take that secret to the grave. Being taken away through the carefully constructed criminal empire into ruin, Sergery's powers and influence only prevented him from being thrown in the facilities for the extremists.

Goals and Affiliation: Rebuild his empire. If it has to be centered in a freak dome, so be it. Most of his former affiliations are either dead, in jail, or in hiding. The rest avoid the dome like the plague. Sergery has to start from the ground up, with no help from anyone.

Any other notable information: While Sergery speaks good English, it still is a second language and sometimes he makes mistakes

Two hijackers took control of the plane, knocking the pilots unconscious and redirecting the plane toward Mexico City. There, they planned to crash the plane and assassinate most of the Mexican government in the process. En route, the plane hit a pocket of extreme turbulence, and Pet Rock sprung into action. Launching from the back of the plane, Pet Rock ricocheted into the cabin, smashing into the skulls of both hijackers and killing them on the spot. Its velocity lessened from the first two impacts, Pet Rock then struck the pilots, waking them and allowing them to free themselves, taking control of the plane and landing it safely.

Pet Rock is regarded as a Mexican National Hero for its brave actions.

Appearance: Blond hair that goes just past her shoulders, Caucasian, Average height. Usually wears a simple t-shirt and jeans combination with leather jacket that has singes and burn marks on the end of the sleeves.

Personality: Alice is most often calm and relaxed but also cold and indifferent to most people. She'll likely be dismissive to anyone who she can't get something from or that she doesn't find interesting. Alice does have other sides to her personality. She is very quick to anger, especially if she feels threatened or doesn't get what she wants out of someone. Around fire, she has an almost insane glee. Alice has an obsession with flames and seeing things burn which can be dangerous to others if she can't control it. She works at keeping it hidden when she can, or subtle when she can't.


Powers and Capabilities: Alice's main ability is pyrokinesis. She can create and throw fire. With some effort she can also move and put out other fires, but flames that she didn't create are harder to control. She can also create explosive fireballs that can range from small sparks to a large explosion, the larger ones requiring more effort. Alice mainly uses her hands to create flames, but they can come from any part of her body, even her mouth if she wanted. She could, theoretically, use the flames as thrust for flight, but has never attempted it. Alice's weakness is an extreme sensitivity to cold. Low temperatures make it hard to use her abilities because she also has to concentrate on warming herself. If it gets too cold, the strain could cause her to become weak and collapse. Alice also avoids large amounts of water or any liquid, except for warm drinks like coffee. If she gets completely wet, then she'd have a hard time using her powers. Because she avoids water so much, she also can't swim.


Background and History: Alice was a normal young girl who loved to write. The Incident had occurred shortly before her sixth birthday. On that particular birthday, all that she could think about were the candles on the cake and the way the flames flickered and danced. The night, after her parents were asleep, Alice had snuck downstairs and managed to find the box of matches the candles had been lit with. She began playing with them, but accidentally set a fire. Alice found that the fire didn't burn her and as she moved her hands, the flames would follow and she played with them until the entire kitchen was on fire. Alice was scared that she'd get in trouble and ran out of the house. The fire spread quickly in the old building and her parents were trapped inside. Alice sat quivering on the sidewalk as a crowd of neighbours gathered and someone called 911. As she watched the house burn down, a sick fascination with the power of fire started in her. The cause of the fire was said to be an accident in the police report and Alice never told anyone what really happened. Alice bounced around orphanages for a few years before being adopted. During that time, she worked on controlling her powers as her obsession with the flames flourished. As an adult she had a better handle on her pyromania, but it was still a major part of her life.

Goals and Affiliation: Alice would set the whole world on fire if she could, but the logical part of her mind is still strong enough to stop her from trying. She's usually neutral and makes decisions based on how much they benefit her.


Any other notable information: Alice carries a small silver lighter with her that she flicks open and shut when bored or tense. She also writes poetry and short stories in a notebook which she keeps private. She once won a poetry writing contests when she was twelve. She has some fighting skill, but would rather throw a fireball than a punch.

Full Name: Karen Elena Goldnight
Nickname: None that she willingly uses. Some have jokingly called her Angel or Skyarrow, though she hates it when they do.
Gender: Female
Age: 26

Appearance: Standing at 5'09" tall, Karen is Caucasian with bright blue eyes and straight black hair often tied back in a ponytail. She has a slim build featuring somewhat pale skin and a slight hint of muscle to her frame; the latter is the result of training and fitness runs. Karen has a preference for lightweight casual clothing: T-shirts, either shorts or medium-length pants, and running shoes. When at formal occasions she will wear a simple but modest black dress.

When in a training session, Karen carries a compound bow. Her archery gear is comprised of a quiver full of arrows on her back, a bracer on her left wrist and a leather shooting glove on her right hand. She may also add a pair of sunglasses if she is practicing outside. All of these items have been in her possession for many years, though she is required by regulations to leave her bow and quiver in her personal storage at the range.

Personality: When distracted from her worries or otherwise preoccupied, Karen is a fairly sociable individual. She will befriend someone quickly if they have similar interests, but prefers to be approached herself rather than walk up to someone and strike up a conversation.

On the other side of the coin, Karen hates being confined to the Changed facility. She had friends out in the real world before she was rounded up with the others and forced to leave her life behind. Now she has only other Changed for company, which reminds her of what the owners of the facility have done to her: plucked her from her normal life that she was quite happily living without the PRACC's intervention. She often tries to pass as an ordinary human, keeping her one genetic difference hidden from sight.

To vent her frustrations, Karen spends a good portion of her time either running to improve her fitness, or in the facility's archery range, putting precision shots into targets. Despite being a perfect shot, she is not perfect herself: she is working on reducing the time spent between releasing an arrow and preparing the next one. However, she sometimes refuses help or guidance from the range's overseers.

Powers and Capabilities: Karen thoroughly rejects the idea that she possesses any superpowers. She's just a normal human being. The incident with the weather is not the source of her talents, nor is there any other super-special reason beyond years of archery training. Or so she claims. Give her a bow and arrows, or darts, even a pool cue and cue ball. She will land a perfect shot or throw with the item, every time, as long as she is experienced in use of the object. Even when on the move, or facing away from the target, Karen will hit her mark; the incident granted her preternatural accuracy despite her claims to the contrary.

In addition, Karen also tries to avoid taking to the skies as much as possible. She can fly for extended periods of time, using a large pair of white-feathered wings that have grown from her shoulder blades. However, in the interest of wanting to preserve an air of normality, Karen hides her wings underneath her clothing at almost all times. Of course, that doesn't stop people noticing the strange shapes underneath the back of her shirt, or a strange feather being somewhere it shouldn't.

Background and History: The Goldnight family was a perfectly normal one prior to the incident. It was a family of four, living in Monterey, California; mother Jeanne, father Gideon and non-identical twin daughters, Karen and Patience. The family was one that was highly into sports and other outdoorsy activities, seeing as how Jeanne and Gideon were both coaches at the same gym. Their daughters were highly encouraged to spend time outside, take up sports and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

When Karen and Patience were eight years of age, the incident struck. Weather patterns began to defy predictions and reports of bizarre events were on the news for weeks afterwards. The Goldnights tried to treat each day of the strange weather like any other day, and nothing unusual happened to any of the four.

Things changed for the Goldnights when winter rolled around a few years later. The eleven-year-old Karen was bundled up overnight to ward against the cold. Finding herself a little too warm, she tried to throw off one of her blankets after waking up earlier than normal. Instead of falling off of the bed, however, it simply settled back into place. Confused, Karen sat up and the blanket moved with her... there was a strange feathery feeling all down her back. She ran for the bathroom mirror and tried to get a look at what was going on: she had begun to grow a set of wings.

The resultant scream woke up the rest of the family.

That morning, Jeanne and Gideon sat down their children for a discussion: Karen was in shock, while Patience was intrigued. They had to figure out what to do about this bizarre change. It fit with the news reports: Karen had somehow been affected by... whatever it was that had swept the globe, just as many others had. Karen's shock soon turned to fear: she didn't want anything bad to happen because of it. It was agreed that they would not do anything about the new development: visiting a doctor would likely result in large amounts of money being spent, which they were not sure they could afford. However, Karen's wings were not to be boasted about, or even spoken about outside the immediate family. It was to be a secret that they kept for many years.

Karen was immediately excused from school swimming classes, after some discussions her parents had with school staff. She also changed clothes for P.E. in private. As she grew up and her body underwent considerable change, her wings grew too, taking a much larger and more powerful form. She experimented with them during her adolescence and soon learned to use them to leave the ground... but only ever used them when no-one else was looking.

Also during her teenage years, Karen discovered an inclination towards the sport of archery. She took a course over a summer break and found the sport enjoyable, so she pursued it. By the time she was eighteen she had become a regular at the range, partially due to her surprising skill in landing accurate shots. She participated in competitions throughout the years and occasionally earned first place in her events.

Throughout the years, Patience was by Karen's side, helping her out and making life a little bit easier in some ways. Rather than be driven by jealousy to spite Karen and inconvenience her, the two siblings grew closer as they grew up.

Karen's life took another bizarre turn at the age of 22. She and Patience returned to their parents' house from college at the end of the year, to find people in suits waiting for Karen. One of the two explained that they were from the PRACC: Protective Reinforcement Allying Changed Civilians. They promptly went on to state that they knew who she was and what she could do. The secret wasn't as well-kept as she and her family thought. They somehow knew everything there was to know about Karen: from her grades in school to her circle of friends to her predilection for a bow and arrow.

The PRACC people said that Karen was to be escorted to a private facility where she would live with other Changed like herself. All four of the Goldnights protested, but the suits had come prepared. There were laws in effect, they said, that gave them the right to move Karen to the facility. And they had these laws in writing. She had twenty-four hours to pack up her possessions and go with them. When asked if this was the last time Karen would see her family, they declined to comment.

The family reunion soon became tearful, on almost all sides. Karen had planned to stay with her parents for the winter break: she would not get that opportunity now. After more protesting and some slightly barbed discussion with the PRACC representatives, Karen was left with little choice but to be taken away. She kept photos of her family, though, and promised that she would come back and visit when she got the chance.

Once inside the facility, however, Karen was told that one of these new laws meant that she could not leave. Outraged, she went on a tirade about being cut off from her plans now that PRACC had come along and ruined everything. Being trapped inside the facility was entirely unacceptable: her life was not something that they would have a say in. The official just shrugged and said that the law was on their side; she would comply or be detained. Infuriated, Karen had no choice but to do as she was told. She did not go quietly, though, bringing up her concerns to the psychotherapist who was assigned to her - this was apparently standard issue for the Changed who were initially against the idea of being housed in the facility.

She spent the next four years in the PRACC facility, soon becoming a regular at the shooting ranges due to wanting to keep her archery skills sharp. Emails were sent on an almost daily basis, both to family and friends: the facility's internet access was often erratic, being 'a recently-added feature for residences'. And not a day went by when Karen didn't look at a photo of her family and wish she could go back to them. She had a breakdown when she learned Patience was engaged to her long-time boyfriend, and a second one when she couldn't go to the wedding ceremony; she was Patience Ryman now. Being unable to leave even for special events only fuelled Karen's anger issues towards the PRACC's laws of confinement.

Notable Personal Achievements: Karen keeps a few trophies from archery competitions on a shelf in her residence. Goals and Affiliation: All that Karen wants at the present time is to return to society, and live her life as a normal person. Just like she had been doing before she had been 'stolen' from her home and taken to the Changed facility. If she could find some way to express that, she probably would. When thinking at the extreme edge of the scale, she is likely to state that she is a prisoner held against her will.

Always seen wearing a mysterious set of armor with a large blade sheathed over the back. Stands at about 5"7'.

Personality: Cold, calm, and quiet, Aeon usually forgoes conversation and believes that actions speak louder than words. Aeon's voice is very hard to attach a gender to, because the armor modifies the user's voice to a high degree, simply making one sound like a machine. Aeon seems to have many convictions and all of it's ideals and motivations seem to be toward it's own concepts of justice and purity. Aeon is quick to fight those it considers dark, or evil, and will never give up until the battle is over. Aeon appears to defend those who cannot defend themselves, and hunts those who are not honorable, just, or good.

The armor is highly resilient and allows the user to endure great damage and extreme conditions. The armor also seems to boost one's speed and reaction time greatly. Aeon's own ability seems to be a deeper set of focus and combat specialization along with tactical skill beyond a normal person's. The sword that Aeon wields is a virtually unbreakable blade known as Aequitas, and forms a set with the armor(Justitiam). Aeon's skill with the blade allows for the use of enhanced techniques and the ability to fire waves of energy from the blade.

Background and History (Where do you come from? What makes you tick?)(Were you born with your powers or did the incident bestow them onto you?): Not much is known about the enigmatic figure, simply that it appeared in a number of places to dispatch criminals and the corrupt, often killing them or leaving them crippled or near death. Aeon only appeared about five years ago with the massacre of an entire prison. Aeon's actions are very precise, and extremist. Several of Aeon's targets were Changed, but this seems mere coincidence more than a targeting of changed themselves.

Aeon was apprehended and taken to the facility a few months ago, due to it's strange powers and mysterious equipment. Aeon did not resist, merely seeing the new environment as a sort of designated zone, or a new place to enact Justice and defend any who have been mistreated. Aeon does not wholeheartedly trust the PRACC, so it remains for now.

Nickname: She doesn't really have a nick name she calls herself but people at the facility like to call her Techni. (pronounced Tech~nee)

Gender: Female

Age: 29

Appearance: She stands around 5'10" and has basic muscle build. She keeps her brown hair no longer then chin length to keep it out of her work and her face, her green eyes are always seem out of focused when really she's deep in thought. Her skin in pale due to her spending a big chunk of her time in her room working. Interesting fact is her skin looks like there are small gray circuits running thought her body due to being a Changed.

Her clothes are simple, a black hooded sweatshirt with some kind of a nerd shirt underneath, topped off with a pair of dark blue jeans and simple shoes. To keep her hands warm she wears a pair of black fingerless gloves and she always carries a gray canvas shoulder back containing her laptop and some tools.

The most notable fact of her appearance is her wrist gadget that she invented. It's used to detect issues with her other gadgets as well as in kind of harmful tech around her.

Personality: She keeps to herself for the most part, reclusive as some have called her. People don't fully matter to her but she does care about their well being. She's soft spoken and for lack of better words, doesn't give a shit about much. She's socially awkward around most people having spent much of her time alone in life.

Being awkward hasn't stopped her from being sarcastic. Her humor is very dry, at times it can be very hard to tell if she's joking or not. While she is gifted in sarcasm she lacks any skill of detecting it, many jokes have flown right over her head. Despite her issues she is a good person, she just doesn't know how to show it. If asked to fix something she'll jump right in and not expect or even take any form of reward for her repairs. She only says, "No reward is needed, I get joy out of what I do." She has been known to look around the facility for things to fix and people to help technology wise.

Powers and Capabilities: Lizbeth is a gifted technopath, and hacker, both were given to her by the incident. She can tap into any electronic and control it as long as the electronic is capable of her orders. She is also gifted with extreme intelligence, more for tech but still has gifted intelligence over all. If you give her anything electronic she can fix it and even make it much better then before. She manly uses her skills to make gadgets for herself such as her wrist monitor (it's rather Pip Boy like as she would say) and her electricity gun which releases a small bolts of lightning.

Background and History: Her past before the incident isn't of much note, grew up with her two parents in a upper-middle class family. She had, for the most part, a normal life. Her mother was a history teacher at the local high school and her father a doctor. Her family was loving but overly protective over her causing her to be a reclusive as she is. She was home schooled by the best tutors she could have which is when she showed her natural talent for technology. At 12 she was able to build her first computer, granted it had some issues but it still worked.

At the age of 18 she was offered a scholarship to a distinguished computer science college not too far away where she pursued her PHD in Computer Science, which she completed right before the incident. In college her lack of social interaction started to show, she was critical of others actions if she felt it was wrong and she would say things that were inappropriate in the conversation. She tried to get along with others but few were able to stand her.

The incident is when things changed for her. She was 26 at the time and walking back to her apartment when it happened. Shortly after she passed out and woke up on the sidewalk she was walking on, her skin changed and it felt like the laptop in her bag was talking to her when she touched it.

After a few weeks of playing around with her powers and research she discovered she was now a Changed. She was found a month later by a sweep by the PRACC. After she arrived at the facility she kept to her self and refined her powers, making gadget here and there for practice. She roamed around a bit getting to know a few people but not really engaging much with them. Not much has changed since her first day at the facility. Wake up, food, work, food and more work. So how some of her social awkwardness faded away while in the facility but she still shows signs of her early life.

Notable personal achievements: She graduated with a PHD in computer science. Not much is what she's count an notable in her eyes. Others would say her gadgets are notable for the ease some have given others. Such as her gadget to aid the blind walk without bumping into things.

Goals and Affiliation: Her major goal is to make the best tech she can for the good of others and to make a true AI that can aid her in her work. She isn't affiliated with anyone at this given time, her work comes first.

Appearance: Malcolm is a little under six feet tall with an average build. He has his mother's mahogany skin, with only a close inspection of his eyes and loose curl in his hair showing his Chinese father's genetic influence. He has a slight build reveling some muscle but nothing out of the ordinary. On his free time he tends to wear t-shirts and jeans, but he does have a few traditional Chinese outfits, mostly worn while teaching.

Personality: Malcolm's personality is in flux. At his core, he is a kind, caring, laid back guy. He's slow to anger and quick to forgive (but not forget), and he generally treats people nicely enough to where people generally don't mess with him. what human decency doesn't prevent, his father's patented 'you better run' look will (now augmented by his powers).

Being in the dome, despite being incredibly public safe, has filled him with an anger that won't go away, something he is not used to. now his normally calm and friendly exterior sometimes cracks, letting loose an uncharacteristic snide remark or suddenly suppressing rage


Powers and Capabilities: Malcolm is a Tai Chi instructor and also practices Krav Maga (advanced student level). He can use most martial arts weapons and use found items as weapons, although he does not know how to use firearms. he was given three powers by the incident.

Aura Reading: Malcolm can sense auras of animal life around him. with a little concentration, an aura can tell Malcolm a person or animal's general state of health, their true emotions at the time, along with approximate age (child, young adult, elder), and true gender (gender =/= sex). if he meditates (requiring him to stand still) he can use the ability like a radar, letting him locate and read the auras of everyone within a 1 mile radius of him.

Accelerated Natural Healing: Malcolm can speed his own natural healing and those of others. while not instant, Malcolm can overcome an injury or sickness that would normally take 3 weeks to heal in 1. He can heal others, but it requires the other person to stand still and let Malcolm touch them for 30 min.

Limited Emotional Influence: Malcolm can slightly influence the emotions of animal life around him. He can't send a calm person into a berserker rage or make a berserker into a zen monk, he can give people a little push in a certain direction. humans can resit him fairly easily if they know he is influencing them, but animals have to stop and concentrate to resit him.


Background and History: Before the incident, Malcolm was running a branch of his father's Tai Chi school earning a decent living. The PRACC missed him though most of the sweeps, sense his powers are weak and similar to those a regular human monks or psychics. after being captured, Malcolm opened a Tai Chi Studio under the dome and took up Krav Maga in an attempt to channel his anger towards something positive; Preparation.

Notable personal achievements: Malcolm is a Tai Chi master from a long line of Tai Chi masters, something which he is very proud of.


Goals and Affiliation: Malcolm uses his powers primarily to heal people and animals, but now he is contemplating using them to gain his freedom.

Appearance: Victoria is a woman of Caucasian origin with a slightly tan skin. She stands at 5'9" and sports an athletic body which is mostly due to her training and usage of her energy powers. Her hair is red and short, not reaching further down than to her shoulders. Her eyes are purple and almost seem to glow whenever she uses her energy powers. She's usually seen wearing a purple t-shirt with sleeves that reach just above her elbows and a black vest over it, black fingerless gloves on her hands, a pair of black jeans and white sneakers.

Personality: Victoria has a lot of energy, in no small part due to her powers, but also because of her athletic training. She isn't childish, though, and she enjoys being a bad girl perhaps a little too much, which can be good or bad depending on the mood you catch her in. She's had a lot of time to learn controlling her emotions since she found out that when she lost control over her emotions, it meant bursts of energy in every direction, and no one, not even Victoria, wanted that.

Powers and Capabilities: Victoria is capable of creating blasts made of energy and shoot them out of her hands. She can shoot them in various ways such as beams, blasts, bullets and orbs, for examples, depending on how she focuses the blasts. She's also capable of shooting beams of energy out of her mouth, but then it's only a continuous beam. Another power of hers is making a blade out of the energy if she needs to use it in close combat, but she needs her hilt in order to do that. She can use the energy blade to shoot a blade shaped energy blast from it if she swings it, but it doesn't happen every time she swings it, only when she wants to. She can't use any of her powers for too long or she will get exhausted, especially since she creates the energy she uses for the blasts and blades, not needing outside source of energy except the kind you get from whatever humans use to gain more energy. Not energy drinks, though, she hates them.

Background and History: Victoria is originally from New York, having been born and raised there six years before the incident with the abnormal weather formations. She had just lived like any other kid her age, playing with other kids and being excited about a lot of things. She was a good child, obeying her parents when they asked her to do something, or to not do something.

That started to change after the incident. It wasn't an immediate change, but rather crept up slowly, making its way to her and setting its roots in place to change Victoria's life forever.

Now 10 years of age, she was oblivious to the change inside her. Why wouldn't she be? She was only 10 years old without much care in the world. She'd heard from her parents about people who had changed in some ways, gaining what they could only describe as powers. This didn't really frighten Victoria, and instead had made her want powers of her own. Her parents found it cute, but worried deep down that she might be one of the ones that changed. They wouldn't care if it happened to them, just so long as their sweet little daughter wouldn't be one of them. How right their worries were.

It was on a busy day in June. Busy for her parents, anyway, and really only busy if you consider spending time with your only daughter as being busy. They were just walking around London as they had done many times before and entered a store, when a man with a gun threatened everyone inside to drop to the floor and hand him their money or they would get shot. Most of the people dropped down immediately, Victoria's mother pulling her down with her. The only ones who stood were her father and two others who thought they could take the man on, her father mostly doing it to protect his daughter and wife. One of the three men tried to get to the gunman, but was shot down, followed by screams from Victoria and some of the others inside.

The second man and Victoria's father both went for the man at the same time, and due to the double attack, the gunman didn't know what to do and shot the unknown man while Victoria's father managed to grab the gun and attempted to disarm him, but couldn't do it. As a result, an accidental shot hit him right in the chest and he fell down, much to the horror of Victoria and her mother. The gunman came for Victoria and picked her up, intending on using her as a hostage, but as he picked her up, she gave another scream, though this one came with a surprise to everyone. A blast of pure energy shot out from her mouth and onto the gunman, sending him flying straight outside and into a wall, knocking him out.

While the people inside the store were glad that the gunman was out, they couldn't help but be afraid of the little girl who just took out the man with an unknown power. And while Victoria's mother was in shock both from her husband's death and her little daughter shooting something out of her mouth, she still went over to her and held her close, both of them crying. A medical team and a news team arrived there and witnesses, including the ones inside the store, gave them the whole story, but Victoria and her mother remained silent aside from her mother mentioning that one of the men killed was her husband. They weren't hurt, so the medical team allowed them to go home, but they were advised to see a psychiatrist at first chance. Her mother nodded and took Victoria home. Once there, her mother noticed something different about Victoria as she looked up to her mother. Her eyes had become purple for some reason, when they hadn't been when they had gone out.

Few years later, it had been three years since they stopped going to the psychiatrist after having been deemed sane enough to not need to go there anymore. Victoria was now 17 and attending school like others of her age. However, much had changed since that day seven years ago. For one, after the news about the attempted robbery at the store, many people became afraid of her for what she could do, and while she didn't get called names, this did mean she was alone for the most part when she wasn't with her mother since no one wanted to play with her anymore. And in turn, as the years went on, Victoria grew from being the obedient little girl she was into a spiteful teenage girl who couldn't stand people aside from her mother who couldn't give a damn about her daughter's powers, she was the only family she had. Victoria got into trouble a lot for attacking the others at her school whenever she got provoked. If she didn't just straight up beat them up, she used her energy powers to shoot them back.

She had learned over the years to control her powers, and had found out that she could use the energy in another way. Aside from shooting it out of her mouth in a continuous beam, she could also shoot it out of her hands and, depending on how she focused it, she could change the way she shot it.

For a couple of years, she stayed the same way, becoming more cynical and spiteful, even despite those with changes being more common now and more accepted, though that was more now because of the way she had become rather than her powers. She wouldn't need to worry about those people for long, though, as her home was visited by strange men in suits. They came inside and told her and her mother about PRACC, the Protective Reinforcement Allying Changed Civilians. They also revealed knowing about her powers, what she was capable of and that they knew about most, if not everything, about her life. They told her that she needed to be taken to the institution. When she asked why, the only reply she got was that it was because of the law. She didn't care much for the law, but since she didn't want any fights to happen within her own home if she could avoid it, she complied. She was allowed to say her goodbyes to her mother and pack down anything she might want to bring with her. Once the packing was done, she and her mother had a tearful goodbye. After all, Victoria was all her mother had and vice versa. But Victoria had to be taken away, and she assured her mother that she would be back at some point. Her mother told her not to worry about it and just stay safe. She knew about the trouble her daughter had been in in school, but she believed she was still the good girl she was when she was younger.

Once Victoria was at the facility, she was told that she wasn't allowed to leave the institute. She thought that was bullshit and attempted to attack the men and escape, but was quickly detained without injury from either side. This would be the case for some weeks until Victoria accepted that she was stuck there and was in turn offered to take a look around the facility. She found what looked interesting to her and was allowed to train her powers. Around a year after she arrived there, she was offered to test her powers further and was given a hilt with no sword on it. She picked it up and was told that perhaps she could make a blade of some sorts with the energy she kept inside her. She thought it was a cool idea, so she focused and managed to make a blade from the hilt. She now had three ways to use her energy powers, and she was liking it.

The last four years Victoria has spent training her powers even more so than she's already done, having gotten a lot of control over them and her emotions, a very important part of her powers.

Notable personal achievements (Things you have done that are important to you, be they good or bad): She's rather proud of the damage she can do with her energy powers. In particular, while she still lived with her mother around her teenage years, she managed to scare away some of the other teenagers around who were now brave enough to attempt to prank her by making a big hole in the ground. And now that she can use a hilt to make an energy blade, she is fairly proud of her skill with that and how quickly and cleanly she can cut through anything that can be cut with her energy, which is most anything that isn't generally too tough to cut through with anything.

Goals and Affiliation: Victoria hopes, most of all, to meet her mother again so that they can be together again because she doesn't want to lose her. If something were to happen to her, she would lose it and take it out on the rest of the world. Until she can meet her mother, she wants to show that she is the strongest and best around.

Personality: Eve doesn't remember much about who she was before coming to the facility, nor did she have any real grasp of the world around her. So she is naturally curious and enjoys trying new things. She learns at an amazing rate, and has an impressive amount of knowledge. She doesn't know much about herself, so she enjoys learning about others. She's also become inclined to help those who need it regardless of who they are or what they need. Her fingers can also shift and become low calibre machine pistols. Some other powers may lie within.

She had no sense of several concepts and ideas, and her grasp of things left a lot to be desired, so the PRACC enrolled her into the in facility college(which she currently attends) she seems to have acclimated to the facility fairly well, and enjoys meeting new people and learning new things.

Eve spends a good deal of time studying people, and trying to figure out what makes them tick. Her head feels light, and hurts sometimes when studying people, but it's nothing major. She has grasped the differences in people and adjusts herself to better interact with them. She finds that, if she can't know anything about herself, then she'll just learn about everyone else. She finds it a sort of hobby(as she understands them) to try and help people understand themselves. Her life at the facility has been a happy and natural shift for her.

Notable personal achievements (Things you have done that are important to you, be they good or bad): She loves watching films, listening to music, reading and playing video-games, she can blow through these at alarming rates, knowing the entire movie after having ran it on fast forward, and beating several games at the speed atypical to skilled speedrunners. She loves all forms of media, but she shows a particular interest in biblical things and books by philosophers. She likes to paint, and draw, but it usually ccomes out too mechanical. Another thing of note, she's made a good number of friends, and remembers a small bit about herself. Killing a SSS ranked changed.
