Fuck M$, I'm getting it for both PS3 and PC regardless.
I'm sure Bethesda is getting a few millions for this and I don't blame them for just a month of wait. For a game that will last years, that isn't a long time, and well worth it to get much better support, both for PS3 and PC.

SO MUCH SKYRIM INFO.

Anyway, I'm annoyed about this. I don't see any reason why I shouldn't be, as a PC player.
Meh. I see it as just another reason to wait for a goty.

We should be used to it. I mentioned it elsewhere but I can see why MS would favor the 360 users over the pc users: the pc users can't be talked into paying them a monthly fee.

As for the ps3, Bethesda has made it perfectly clear with all their other releases that the ps3 is an afterthought for them. It's always the last to get dlc, patches, or anything else.

Microsoft smacking their bitches around with the fat wallet.

Well I'm happy got Bethesda their payday early, hopefully this cash will go towards bug fixes.

You think they'd get tired of pissing off ps3 and pc customers but I guess not, at least its only 30 days not the 6 months I had to wait for fallout 3 dlc or the 4 months for new vegas dlc, or worse yet oblivion where we only got knights of the nine and shivering isles, Bethesda really likes to take microsofts money.

Well, I would be excited for a PC release of Skyrim, because I loves me some mods, but my computer is not good enough to play it so Ill sadly have to get it on PS3 and get it for PC in the future.

In any case. Im sure I can wait a month to get the DLC.

See, this doesn't makeme suddenly want to go out and buy the XBox version of the game; iit just makes me think that Microsoft is a dick. I think I'll just go with my mods then.

I'd be way more annoyed by this if I was actually able to get the dlc. Curse my lack of money! Hell i'll be lucky if i'm able to buy Skyrim on it's release date.

I'll likely get this on 360 first, then PC when the price goes down a bit. If i get it on PC straight away i'll get distracted to much by mods, eventually i'll corrupt my save by accident, and i'll need to start over. So if i start on 360, i can play it Vanilla first :)

If game developers REALLY went ahead and included everything into their games that they wanted to, their games would never be released. Some people seem to ignore the fact that creating worthwhile content takes time and money, and no one wants to wait 10 years for their favorite game.

Stop complaining about the damn DLC. It is NOT content that they withheld from you so that you'd have to pay twice -- particularly not with this game! It is their opportunity to extend the experience for you with content that they wish they could have added the first time around.

I'm not really surprised about it, but it doesn't mean its not frustrating. :\

these timed exclusives really need to stop
Agreed, 100%. Give them all whatever it is at the same time.
or at least compensate those who had to wait

Well at least us pc players will have 20x the content from mods.
They are going to be making most of the mods for Skyrim accessible for the xbox and ps3 actually so no, you won't ^^

Who do you think makes the mods-by the way its not Bethesda so they might struggle to make them compatible without permission and even then xbox live has a policy against free content just look at team fortress 2.

To me atleast, it just seems like a bad tactic, this wont get gamers to want a 360 more, if you own a 360 fine, then you might be happy, if you own a Ps3, not so much.
Not really, It may sway some people who are debating if they should get it on Xbox or ps3.

the only thing Bethesda is doing is teasing Ps3 and PC gamers, MS should focus on exclusives and not on this bullshit.
...This is a Exclusive, A timed one....

I'm sorry but I was just thinking about if I was gonna buy Skyrim because I know bethesda games haven't impressed in the past, and being a Ps3 gamer, this feels like Bethesda is basically saying "don'y buy this game please, unless you own a 360",
Bethesda game are good... To the majority of people, kind of the reason they have such a reputation. But to each his own I guess... And no they are not saying that, It's microsoft who is paying them for these things. In fact I challenge you to tell me in one way the exception being this, Has Bethesda directly discouraged PS3 Gamers. Because it would be a stupid business plan...

and while PC gamers can tell bethesda "lol gtfo" pirate it and mod it,
The majority wouldn't... And it's frowned upon. Modding it is their thing, and yes much better then timed exclusives.

Ps3 gamers stand without much to do then. What is the point with DLC if you've already finished the game?
PS3 gamers can play with the 300 hours of content, Then precede to make tasks explore or fulfill things they wanted to do. The funny part about your statement is by the time a DLC is released you and a lot of xbox 360 users will probably be done with your first play through. The point of DlC is to add additional content...

Maybe I'm overracting, but Bethesda just pisses me off!
Yes, you are overreacting...

DLC can wait then. I'll buy it on the PC, beat it, and by the time I've beaten it the modding community will probably have enough content out for me to multiply the time I spend on the next playthrough by 5.
