and its easy to blame them. I believe most people don't care and just want to get back to gaming asap. So lets just blame anon and forget this whole mess.Paularius said:The file could have been left from there old attack.
Also this wouldnt earn anon any suport among internet users and would be counter prductiveto them, so if it was them why would leave an obvious calling card like that.
Huh. Saw this on Page 3 and wanted to mention something else.Nikolaz72 said:Anon has no reason to steal credit card information from users. They are against Censorship and are sometimes doing stupid shit to prove that, but stealing personal data is not anti-censorship and I therefor could not believe Anon is involved.
you also got to remember...anon are attention whores. THEY love the attention they get from people. Good or bad they don't give a shit.thepyrethatburns said:Huh. People keep saying "But Anonymous is anti-censorship".
Two words: Gene Simmons.
Remember that bit? All Gene Simmons did was run his mouth so Anonymous both brought down his site and admitted that they did so. Not very anti-censorship of them.
Poor Gene Simmons havent been able to spoke since.thepyrethatburns said:Huh. Are you OK? I'm serious. Are you OK?Popido said:I think Sony already has that, so sending it to them is pretty pointless.MajorDolphin said:Another thing, I bet my left nut the hackers used Geotards PS3 hack as part of attack.
doesn't afraid of anything indeed...Popido said:Anons a pretty cool guy. eh dont give shit and doesnt afraid of anything.
What? You seriously think that the server machine is a PS3?JDKJ said:Are you OK? I'm serious. Are you OK?Popido said:I think Sony already has that, so sending it to them is pretty pointless.MajorDolphin said:Another thing, I bet my left nut the hackers used Geotards PS3 hack as part of attack.
Then why did Anon go after them in the first place? This is still the same company and the same motive. If it is Anon, it is for the same reason they attacked Sony at all. Also, I feel any trust many of us had for Anon has been shattered at this point, they pretend to be noble but rarely do anything helpful. Publicity stunts to spite corporations, ok. But when those stunts hurt customers like this AND the earlier attacks did, there's no justification.Nikolaz72 said:Anon has no reason to steal credit card information from users. I agree with the people you quoted. Also, you like them because it's cool? Well then, I hope no one ever tells you drunk driving or murder are cool if that's how you justify things. "You killed that man!" "But didn't you see how I posed when I did it? I'm so cool!"Popido said:Poor Gene Simmons havent been able to spoke since.thepyrethatburns said:Huh. Huh? It's a news post. It doesn't need discussion, it's for information...That Guy Who Phails said:Hate to be the one to say it but....
Discussion value?
There's a meme to look up? Well since it isn't the slightest bit iconic, of course it did. Have to agree thought that no murder is worth of parade no matter how you pose.
I think you completely misunderstood the post to which you responded. The poster is saying that the hacker used a modified PS3 console to hack Sony's server.Popido said:What? Agreed. Even a splinter group wouldn't stray so far from anon's MO and motives, because if they did, they wouldn't relate themselves to them, there'd be no point. Unless, of course, you're trying to frame anon.Nikolaz72 said:Anon has no reason to steal credit card information from users.
