Fanboys gonna be fanboys, haters gonna hate, nothing to see here, and my cup o' fucks to give about WoW has been empty for over a year now. It's funky to see stuff like that happening, though.
And yes, the thing about WoW is that basically, a monopoly is usually a bad thing. And when we talk about WoW cloves, ugh, don't get me started, doomsayers going "This will totally kill WoW" then go and play "this", complain when "this" doesn't have a convenient functionality that WoW does, then in the end go "Fuck this, they sold out this is just like WoW now". Get them, I do not.
I couldn't care less if WoW is still around tomorrow or not, I enjoyed my time over there (mostly), but sometimes one has to move on...
In short: WoW is not going to "die" anytime soon, but that's irrelevant, really. I'll play what I play, because last time I let games I did not play annoy me, well...ummm, okay, it was personal.
