I'm looking at you Stephenie Meyer.
Don't forget that Twilight is immensly popular, despite it's .. well.. everything, and brought vampires and werewolves back into the mental radar of many young girls. However, I don't think there is any greater interest in other vampire, werewolf or other monster fiction, let alone the traditional myths.(apparently, Universal Pictures received a letter, accusing their recent remake of The Wolfman of ripping off Twilight. I sincerely hope this is an isolated case.)zen5887 said:Way to over react Internet.
