Keeping with the spirit of her original statement, I have used my extensive knowledge of hypothetical psychology as well as my degree in advanced observational assumption to analyse her photograph.
It took a while to collate all the irrelevant data and sift through the hyperbole, but after five minutes of painstaking research I have concluded that she is a spoilt little princess who didn't get enough dick in high school.

this is.I cannot believe this book has made it on to shelves! There's a woman's bare legs on the cover! Don't they know that showing a woman's bare legs increases the rape rate? What evidence do I have of this? None whatsoever! But really, if Carol can make up facts, so can I. It's a free country. And who knows what scandal lies between the pages! Hell, I'll never even read the book, but based on the cover and the reviewsI'm sure that it must be a sexually charged romp! Sure, not having any first hand knowledge of the product would make it seem like I am lacking the insight to review the book, but since when has that stopped anyone?

Psychiatrists are more for people who - how would Dr Silberman put it - just plain nuts and need to be institutionalised. Or at least I think that's how it works.
But who would be more qualified to comment on how certain mass media affects rate of certain types of violent crime? Seems more epidemiological, more for Psychologist.
Good, people should be put in there place for giving an uneducated opinion on a subject they have no merit too. I also believe this is a lot more civil of us gamers to do by bomb reviewing her book then sending like death threats which people have done to video game publishers.

The reviews on Amazon range from legitimate reviews to nonsense, although Amazon has started cleaning them up (it was at 53 reviews about five minutes ago, now it is at 50). Like I said, most of the one-star reviews are well-put and actually serve as reviews for the book.
