A friend of mine once tried combining Iron Bru and milk, which didn't go well. In fact, milkshakes from fast food places are the worst. Thick artificially sweet drinks with gristly textures... -shudder-
Also, alcohol in general. No matter how strongly flavoured the drink is, I can always taste the stuff. Tastes like something out of my chemistry kit.

EDIT: Seeing as this is the first alcohol thread I've seen in a while, I'm going to tell the story of the Ask Mike.
The Ask Mike is the result of some drunken minds, and me watching them be drunk. They mixed coffee liqueur with apple juice and this purple stuff which I can't remember and I'm going to call Explosion (It was basically grape sours).
It tastes awesome, and it's named after me. /egoboost

When I was in canada I had some Clamato(?) drink thingy, like a bloody mary but with some odd stuff instead of tomato juice, really nasty (although most stuff with tabasco in I don't like), I have had custard and vodka shots and they were better than that stuff

I think you can guess the rest. I was the only one of my housemates who could keep it down. I don't know what exactly was in there, but it definitely included vodka, sambuca, tequila, whiskey, four types of lager, one type of bitter, blackcurrant, milk, chocolate milk, and some others as well.
