It's the Ubuntu logo with gears on it. Mine is Amaterasu from Okami. Okami is awesome. I may change it soon though.

Soul Reaver is part of the Legacy of Kain series, it's not separate. That's why the Soul Reaver games are both called "Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver"
