I wouldn't; I'm not a lesbian, and dating a goddess would come with a hell of a lot of unnecessary and painful problems. (Pun only slightly intended, given my avatar is Persephone, Queen of the Underworld!)
Granted, her divine powers could turn me male or lesbian easily (or just compel me to say yes), but I'm assuming the premise of the thread is more whether I'd be up for it or not. Besides, she's married ... even if it was a creepy kidnapping wedding and she's a prisoner ... Her husband is NOT a god I'd want to piss off!
As for what I'd do, I'd try to turn her down VERY politely, then try to figure out what other god made her want to ask out a puny mortal woman and whether or not I needed to start watching my back/heart in regard to additional mischief. Given the mischief the Greco-Roman gods get up to, there'd be good odds she was magically compelled to ask me out in the first place, either by Venus/Cupid or someone else putting them up to the job. Politics ...
