As stated, the only difference is few people have mics on the PS3.
As for the game itself, the only thing stopping the 360 from playing it is exclusivity rights.
I see this as an advantage.
PS3 mics, aren't cheap. $60 for a bluetooth head set? Maybe $40?
The younger kids are going to look at that price tag and say... 2 Games, or 1 game & 1 head set?
Those that can afford it are either Kids who have money, Or adults who have a job.
This means that more 'mature' people are going to be talking, or at least those who think of themselves as better leaders. And in those kind of games, I'd follow the guy with the mic, and if only 1 guy in your squad has one, Thats far less confusing then when you have 16 people yapping away, no idea wtf the 'game plan is' since everyones doing there own thing.
In the pro leagues, They all ussually have '1' guy who leads the pack, And the only time the others are really allowed to say anything is when they are being flanked.
Also, nothing more annoying then 13 year olds with high pitched voices.
Specially if htey can kick your ass cause they've been playing console shooters since they were 4, and you've been playing PC shooters since Doom...
(And give it a few more years, my 6 year old niece is going to be capping frags in the pro's asses.)
