I would unban all of those interesting people that made the site actually entertaining instead of the dry, cyclical, in joking passive aggressive turd it's become.
I'd ignore all the little rules, but ban anyone that I felt was not a contributing member of this community. Go ahead and flame people if you think they are being idiots, but if that is ALL you do, and you don't let others call you out on your own bullshit, out you go.

OT: Probably just do about the same stuff as I do now except ban people who break the rules. I wouldn't enforce low content posts though. I think sometimes low content is fine.
Having been a super mod elsewhere for 6 years, it'd be a huge pain in the ass. Mods are essentially the adults in a kindergarten, and the ones that has to clean up all the shit the kids keep smearing on the wall.

I've been a moderator before, and it was my personal rule to NEVER ban in anger. I never did either, even when users directly attacked me. I know that if they are willing to attack me, they will dig themselves into a hole somewhere else, so there was no need to be the bad-guy crushing the small guy. Those users that I'd be watching on here would get as much of a fair chance as I'd give anyone else, but I won't hesitate to get rid of them if a few PMs doesn't change their negative attitude.
I'd probably do nothing. Except maybe mess with people like Kross does, but with less power.

Begin issuing warnings to anyone who uses the term "PC elitist". It's one of those over used terms used to broadly describe an entire group when it's really a vocal minority. I would also issue warnings for "console tard" but I don't see people throwing that around much.
I would make it to where once somebody has reached 20,000 posts, they will have every avatar show up as Justin Bieber (like the red button) until they quit the forums and go outside.
