You didn't hear this from me, but I've played the leaked beta (or alpha or whatever) of Deus Ex and it is one of the best new games I've played in a while. I can't really say for Mass Effect 2, but my brother played the hell out of it and says it's one of the best games he's ever played. So...

He just phrased it incorrectly. Computers today have the power, it's just that nobody has made a working emulator because it's too complicated. Although the PS2 and Wii emulators that I have do work well. So I guess we're on our way, right?
