Uplink. An awesome indie game where you play a hacker-for-hire. There was (I don't know if it's still active) a great community that produced all kinds of free mods and extra content.

I know only 2 other people that have played this, and it's a shame...

Edit: I've just found out Uplink is on Steam, go have a looksee!

Even though I'm pretty sure I saw someone say it on here the other day I hardly know of anyone who's ever played Legend Of Legia (PS1) It was an rpg game where you linked attacks into combos and had magic and summons, it was kind of FF-esque. Well worth a play through if you can find it. And don't mind blocky graphics...

Also A game I can't find ANYWHERE monster Rancher Card Battle (PS1). Weeks I lost to the game as a kid.

Project IGI: I'm Going In. A PC fps. I played a demo when I was a kid. And I never heard of the game ever again.

Shadow of Memories
Primal
The Longest Journey series
Heretic: Shadow of the Serpent Riders
Incoming
The amount of people who know the original Unreal also disappoints me, as does the knowledge of the Fatal Frame series.

Star Wars: Empire at War

Pretty much StarCraft II+Star Wars+Sandbox Elements That Work For The Game. Released in 2006.
Oh I remember that game.I used to spend hours and hours playing it.And I was hardly the gamer I was back then as I am now.

OT:Vampire Night is a game that I own that is rather obscure. It's a railshooter that was released in 2005I think..And it's on the PS2.It's alright, but hard as hell.

Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines.

After the company that made it went bankrupt, they released a lot of patches that made this game a classic...yet few have ever played it.
It's one of the best games that I've played recently. And I have been thinking about writing a review of it.

Some former employees also went on to form Planet Moon studios.

Who made Giants: Citizen Kabuto, where you played as 5 British aliens, a topless blue woman, and a giant monster. And Armed and Dangerous, a game that featured the land shark gun.

Let me tell you all of an old game for the PS1, which I have never heard anyone else mention ever.
Shadow Gunner.
You play as a combat shell, fighting robots through tons of levels (Lots of different robots, and you get weapon upgrades and player upgrades).
Dammit, such a good game, but only I seem to have heard of it...

That is the single greatest weapon in the history of all computer games. I want one...i want two. My god i want it to be in every game ever made, no game is not improved by the addition of a land shark gun.

Giants was really fun. One of the first games i played when i got back in to gaming when i was...12 i think.

My friend, Homefront is not coming out for a good while. And it will be awesome.
I doubt anyone knows Sins of a Solar Empire, but feel free to call me out.
One of my best friends has Sins of a Solar Empire, "Game of the Year Edition." He showed it to me once; space RTS where you control fleets and individual ships, and you can zoom in and out from like a galactic level all the way in to individual ship dogfights.

Still, had he not been a whore for random, obscure games, I wouldn't have seen it.

I gotta say Phantom Dust for the original Xbox. Everyone always says that Psychonauts was a cult classic, but everyone and their mother and their mother has played that damn game. Phantom Dust was from published by Majesco too and noone ever played it or heard of it, which is a shame for such a fantastic game.
I also have to mention EDF 2017. Somehow the game has horrible graphics, a horrible framerate, bad voice acting, terrible vehicles and some of the most redundant levels ever, but manages to be amazingly fun.
Finally, I'm throwing System Shock 2 in here. Yeah, more people have heard of it now and played it, but even with how good Bioshock 1 and 2 are, they can't even come close to how perfect System Shock 2 was and still is.
