uh, me. right here. i enjoyed playing the games. a bad ending doesnt ruin that for me. in fact the mass effect series is the only bioware series since baldurs gate that i can really say i enjoyedBaronIveagh said:But who would buy it at this point, after so much fail on 3?
Oh look, another person still complaining about Mass Effect 3's ending. Did you not enjoy the other 20 hours of the game? Did you not think the other 99% of it was above normal? I liked the ending, it was a means for each player to interpret it their own way rather than to have a story told to us. In retrospect, it was probably the best way they could end the series. Especially considering how Talimancers would have nothing less than you helping repopulate Rannoch with Tali, the Ashley haters wanting her to be crucified, and the other twats who spent way too much time complaining about the game wanting their exact, specific, different endings.BaronIveagh said:But who would buy it at this point, after so much fail on 3?
You should notice how he never mentioned the ending in particular. I for one thought the entire game was a gigantic downgrade compared to 2, which was also a downgrade compared to 1.bl4ckh4wk64 said:Well considering how Casey Hudson said that 3 would be the last Shepard game, but certainly not the last Mass Effect game about the same time Mass Effect 2 came out, I'm surprisingly not all that surprised. I'll definitely by looking into this in hope. I know Bioware can still make good games, they just have to get out of the money-grubbing hands of EA.

EDIT: I've been saying this for the past few years, but I really do wish the next Mass Effect game is about the First Contact War. Then again, because they said the main character wouldn't be a soldier, it could be about how Aria rose to power in Omega.
Please don't start that...BaronIveagh said:But who would buy it at this point, after so much fail on 3?
I totally agree on this, but I feel that Bioware could potentially close most of the remaining plot holes with some well crafted DLC. Of course, that's assuming Bioware A: in anyway can/will acknowledge that there are plot holes or B: actually care what the fans think.Space Jawa said:My thoughts as well - after the way 3 ended, how many people are going to be willing to trust Bioware on another series of Mass Effect games?BaronIveagh said:But who would buy it at this point, after so much fail on 3?
"Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice..."
thats seams to be the case. more money for ?A. forcing bioware to keep going with it so they can have their 100$ bills next to them in bed.thespyisdead said:what most people see: Mass Effect 4
what i see: EA taking their cow and milking it till blood comes out of the cow
