Theres already a modes for that in Black Ops. If done right they should implament it into MW3, it was a good mode.

That mode started in MW2 lol. so I believe the people who created it should have a easy job of tweaking it to work in MW3

Now just gotta get rid of those pesky noob toobers and quickscopers, which the devs already said quickscoping is back

Then what game are you playing, exactly? If I had to guess I would say Medal on Honor circa 1997.
Call of duty 2, it didn't had any of those things ( it had prone but I don't like it) and the game was great.

Then you have zero substance. The game would die within a week because when you've seen one person using the assault class for the 140th time that game, it gets old fast. It turns into giant camp fests.
CoD 2 wasn't acamp fest while I played it, and I have seen the same thing a milion times in CoD, people hiding in corners, camping, OP weapons, spawn traps caused by OP killstreaks, noobtube and LMC classes, quickscopers, and that freaking painkiller!

the problem with COD is that even with a reasonable number of perks there is as huge number of combinations, and all it takes is one permutation to be game-breakingly effective and suddenly everyone is using it and griefing with it

A smart developer would have left it in for use in custom game types, for everyone who hated that perk there was some one who liked it and now they are mad.

Then they have to fix people spamming explosive and suiciding to get more explosives. That stupidity that was being able to nade spam control points from across the map. Lack of zombies, god forbid they bow their head and accept that people don't really see the other COD as different COD and just keep the good bits moving forward.

Thank the lord, now all they need to do is remove last stand final stand and under-slung grenade launchers then it will be sort of balanced.

The big problem people HAVE with this is that people optimized perks and had an effective strategy. That's really a huge issue?

FUCK IT. JUST REMOVE PERKS.

Okay seriously, yeah fine this will make it more balanced, but it will still be COD, and people will rage about something.

I'd prefer that you remove quickscoping - except not in the shitty way that Black Ops did.

Bring back Sleight of Hand so that legit snipers can still snipe properly, but remove the damn aim assist feature - thus rendering quickscoping that much harder to pull off.

OT: I never really used Commando except that I like having the ability to jump off rooftops unscathed - So, I won't really care if it goes, as long as the falling damage reduction stays in the game somewhere.

Another idea, they could actually add cons to the perks. All the perks seem to have only pros, there isnt anything that marks a distinct disadvantage to a perk. A perk like Light Weight allows you to move faster, but there isnt any noticable difference in terms of damage you can take. Just add some kind of drawback to a perk to attempt balance. Again, with Light Weight, while you can move faster, you cant take as much damage.

Also, another idea is to kill, and I mean KILL, the pro-perk upgrade. These can end up being quite OP, such as Ghost's near total invisiblity or Second Chance's revive.
