I wish I had a PC that was good enough to be my primary gaming platform.

Wish somone would do this to Majora's mask or something...

Sonic adventure 2 battle, Pokemon Colosseum and Gale of darkness, Starwars Galactic Battlegrounds, Half life, Halo (although 343 maybe remaking it) Call of Duty 1 and 2, all need these people.

Looks cool. Reminds me of this page [http://forums.encyclopediadramatica.com/showthread.php?t=9644] (credit to some one hear who posted this link a month or so ago). This person also goes step by step with the prettier of mods, game play changes, and the models do not look like ass.

I know I posted that one about a month ago, among several other times.

Really, something about that video struck me as not being nearly as pretty as what that FAQ set up. I know for sure that Balmora looks about 30% more awesome than the video shows. They have paper lanterns on ropes and railings on the bridges. I feel like it's a real city. I don't think it has those illuminated windows though.

You know what the best part in all this is? I FINALLY got Crysis while it was on sale because I got a nice GTX470 for it to chew on, and I actually thought Crysis looked awful because of how nice Morrowind looks now. Just... wow, Morrowind better than Crysis...

It's really too bad that the janky engine(mainly just the meshes' hitboxes) hasn't been fixed as well. I'm gonna give this overhaul a try, and hope that graphics alone can make up for the outdatedness of this great game.

What I want to know is how much it raises the requirements to run the game smoothly.

A lot. The MGE (Morrowind Graphics Extender) does terrifying things to your hardware, but HOLY CRAP it's pretty.

To be honest this doesn't do much for me. Some of the improvements are quite nice but others are bizarre - and with some graphics improved and others not the latter really stands out.

To some extent you can pick and choose with the mods and that is nice but if I load up Morrowind I'd honestly rather have the older graphics than an awkward mishmash.

If you couldn't get into Oblivion, I wouldn't waste your time with Morrowind. Oblivion was designed to be far more accessible than Morrowind, which was its downfall for me. *Maybe* it will still hit a nerve with you and you will love it as much as I, but I wouldn't expect to be blown away by it unless you are willing to work at it.
