Christ she's ugly, though.
She's a bit past her prime, admitedly, but you should have seen her back in the day. Her 1997 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover is one of my all time favorites.

I can't believe someone this incredibly arrogant can believe that the whole world revolves around her. Just watch a few clips of her show; literally everything is centered around her. She twisted an interview with Obama to be literally all about her.

JUST SHUT UP TYRA!

AH, KILL IT! Kill it with fire!!!

Back on topic: look, if Twilight can sell well, this will too. Yes, it is a very, very, very sad event. But maybe this can be advantageous as well; anybody who buys this will be added to a de-population list, how's that?
I second this motion *gets the kill booths set up*

Yes, but that picture of Heidi Klum was the only reason why I even looked at it more than once.

You know...

Out of curiosity, where did the references to Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter come from? Because I don't find them anywhere in the citation chain, which leads me to believe they were added, here, for the purpose of being inflammatory.
A person far enough outside of geek-culture to be a fashion model and daytime talk show host thought it would be a neat idea to write a fantasy novel. Shouldn't we be happy about that? Doesn't it mean we're slowly winning the culture war and becoming more mainstream? People making crappy products, books or otherwise, that are more successful than they should be due to marketing isn't exactly a new phenomenon, it's not like she's going to make it worse.

...Modelland? Seriously? If this turns out to be a good series I will buy a hat and then eat it. And then regurgitate it, and eat it again. And then cry.
I think perhaps the only way this could be a "good" series is if she hires a good ghost writer.
